I was playing Rainbow Six on steam, and my computer turned off. Now when I turn it on the fans turn on and it lights ups, but the keyboard and mouse don't light up, and nothing is displayed on either of my monitors. I am running Windows 10. I tried changing ram slots and re inserting my GPU, but nothing is working. I am pretty desperate.

Solution
Try it without the GPU if you have onboard. If that works it could be your PSU is dieing. Also try unpluggin all drives and just try to get bios.

What motherboard do you have? does it have a clear CMOS button? You say nothing is displayed on the monitors? No bios? Does it fail to POST (make beeping noises)? If you turn up your volume all the way and wait about as long as it normally takes to boot to the login screen, then enter a bunch of random letters and press enter does it make noises as if it failed to login?

First try switching one of the displays to the iGPU (basically plug in your HDMI or w/e you are using into the motherboard instead of your GPU.

If you do not have a clear CMOS button: shut down the PC, turn off the PSU, and unplug it. Then find the button cell battery on your motherboard and remove it wait 30 seconds and replace it. Try again.
