Why is my PC crashing?

My computer keeps crashing for no apparent reason. From searching things on google to playing video games the PC will just crash at a random moment. No error codes or anything. The screen will just turn black and the PC will restart itself.

Here are my Specs:

CPU: AMD FX-4300 (3.8 GHz)
RAM: 8GB
OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
System Model: GA-78LMT-S2
Hardrive: 1TB

If your PC screen is blacking out and your computer is resetting by itself it could probably be a hardware failure issue.

My guess is that your video card is failing. I have had six or seven computers in my lifetime and this is one of the symptoms of your video card dying.


You have to get it checked at a hardware shop.
