Asus Maximus VIII Hero q code A2 error and no display

HI all,
I have bought Asus Maximus VIII Hero motherboard and built a PC. It seems all good but I am stuck at the error A2. I also checked manual and it says IDE Detect. Just wondering IDE detect means what? Also don't have any display. I cant even see BIOS display. So please help to get out from this error.

My configuration is:

Asus Maximus VIII Hero motherboard
corsair dominator 3000 16 GB(2X8GB) DDR4 ram
Seagate 2 TB HDD X2
EK Predator 240 CPU water cooling.


Help me to solve this problem please.

There is no any beep. It shows A2 on mobo and if I press F1, some process will go and then it shows A0. Still no display at all
