brand new i7 6700k issue

hey everyone just built a new pc and for some reason every time i benchmark it on userbenchmark website it says that my i7 is in the 13% range for performance and everything is top notch. not to sure what is wrong. this is my first pc build so idk what i did wrong. any help would be great. here are my specs. i use CAM to check how my computer is running and CPU-Z as well.

my core clock speed for my i7 is 800.00mhz and voltage at.81v and it runs at about 22c in temp

Intel i7 6700k unlocked
msi z170a gaming m7 motherboard
msi geforce gtx 1070
corsair 2x8g memory
Corsair H100i V2
Corsair RM850i

monitor
Samsung U28E590D 28-Inch UHD LED-Lit Monitor
Insignia 1080p tv

Try running Cinebench R15 https://www.maxon.net/en/products/cinebench/

Post your score here.

It may be that your BIOS settings have your CPU set at x8 multiplier. You should check to see, it should be on Auto.

Then something is definitely wrong. Did you check your BIOS settings to see what the CPU multiplier is set to? It should be on AUTO. Also check to ensure all 4 cores are enabled.

i dont know how to do that tbh. i know how to get into my bios but every setting i went through says auto. so not to sure where im suppose to be looking.

Apparently there is a "Slow Mode" boot switch. Make sure it is not turned on. *I would turn the PC off if you must flip the switch, or at least reboot after.

Okay, so now you need to clear the CMOS in order to get it to boot again. If you have your motherboard's manual, go to page 45. If not here it is. Also, ensure the slow mode switch is in the normal/default position.

Don't have any jumper caps. So I'll have to go buy some tomorrow. And I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks for all your help though

You can simply remove the CMOS battery and wait however long it takes to lose power and reset. Sometimes it takes a few minutes.
