So this happened yesterday in the morning everything was good pc was in good shape I played a couple of hours then switched it off then like 2 hours later I turn my pc on again and I hear that it's quieter than usual so I look at my case fan in the back and it's not running but the led is still on. I went and opened my case but the wires are funny placed (it's a pre build system) and I couldn't figure out also it's connected to the psu or power supply not to the mother board. Please help it's a new pc only 2 months old thank you

maybe a bit of fluff has got stuck in the fan and stopped it rotating. Give it a shoving help to start it spinning and see if it releases. If its not being throttled by the BIOS to only spin when temps get hot, then its possible its failed and you need to buy a new one.
If its connected to the PSU, not the motherobard then it wont be throttling from the BIOS.
