So i want to buy GPU , which do you recommend of these 3 i pick

EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 FTW DT GAMING ACX 3.0
EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 SC GAMING ACX 3.0
ASUS GeForce GTX 1080 8GB ROG STRIX (A8G)

since A8G and O8G have small different FPS when it comes to gaming (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RwA2hBR9FmY&t=35s)

also will my Mobo and CPU support this card with no problem? (got 16gb ram btw)
-Gigabyte X79-UP4 LGA2011
-Intel i7-4820K 3.7 GHZ 10M LGA2011

and can my Power supply 600WATTS 80PLUS handle it too?

i was going to get Founders Editiion because of the cool looks but they said it got heat issue since it only have 1 Fan and also Cheaper than FTW and SC.

Solution
I'd go for the cheaper card as well.
the advertised boost clock has nothing to do with reality.
My EVGA 1070 SC advertised to have 1784 boost clock, but worked 1936Mhz out of the box. With a bit of tweaking, running happily at 2.1Ghz.
If i were to choose a card today, i'd go for the new ICX models from EVGA since they have tons of thermal sensors (unlike any other GPU on the market that have only on die GPU sensor) and fans are individually controlled according to those sensors - i'm a bit of temps freak :)

your CPU and motherboard support the GPU no issues. I run an ASUS rampage IV x79 board with i7 3930k @4.2GHZ with PCIe 3.0 patch with 2 gtx 1080s in SLI. As for your PSU wattage wise 500W is the minimum for a GTX 1080 so you should be good. What is the make and model of your PSU. Crappy or older units might not be a good idea to run a card that needs 500W on a 600W PSU. If your PSU is tier 1 or 2 though you should have no issues.

I'd honestly go with the cheapest GTX 1080 you can buy. most perform very close regardless of brand. Yes some peeps have complained of cooling on founder edition cards but on the up side the exhaust the heat out of the case unlike dual/triple fan setups. If you intent on a dual+ fan set up (i was to be fair on my gtx 1080s) then again go with the cheapest GTX 1080 that meets your needs. for me that was 2 zotac GTX 1080s Amp editions. I was able to overclock them nicely getting 1793mhz base/1933mhz boost/2076mhz max boost

tempting to get ASUS cause of its High Boost Clock other than the 2, so you having high boost clock(STRIX 1835) can performer same as lower one when it comes to gaming? (FTW 1721)

the new GTX FTW2 right? is their any huge different?
reason why i pick gtx1080 for Future proof games at 1080P and can do solid 60fps at high setting or max.. so that i won't always buy new every 1-2 years :D

there is no perfromance difference - just new cooler and sensors. for me, sensors are good reason to pay a bit of extra.

For 1080p, even 144Hz, GTX 1070 is enough for few years.
GTX 1080 is a waste for anything lower than 1440p.

And frankly, 1080p is not fun anymore. 1440p or better 3440x1440p is the more interesting choice for gamer.
Any card you will pick today, will be better to be upgraded in 2-4 years. but paying 600+ for 1080p "future proofing" is absurd.
better get RX 480 4GB for 200$ now and another 200 in a year or 2 -> more future proof and less expensive plan ;)

aahh i see thanks for your option helps alot, i don't have enough budget to get 1440P monitor. that's why i stick to 1080 until i get a job , maybe 2yrs from now i can get a job so that why i want GTX1080 haha so it will be "future proof" :D

if you have a suggestion for 1440 monitor please suggest me, my type is 27 inch. monitors

there is nothing wrong in getting GTX 1070 and some 1440p monitor.
may be not the fanciest, but decent.
I'm not a monitor expert, so hopefully someone else will suggest one.

And if about does not fit the budget, get RX 480 8GB or GTX 1060 6GB + 1440p monitor - that kinda better experience than 1080p mon + GTX 1080 ;)
