First, you timing is a little soon. AMD has long been behind Intel for the mid level to upper level CPU market. That appears about to change with the release of their new Ryzen line in about two weeks. Leaked performance testing appears to show that the Ryzen chips will be a better value for the money in the mid level market, where you are trying to build. The link below shows that the new Ryzen 5 1600X at $259 outperforming Intel's i7-7700K ($339) and the i7-6850K ($610).

So my first piece of advise is that you wait two weeks to see what happens. We can revise the build at this time.
In the meantime here is an Intel build for consideration.
