Pc beginner i've done something that i don't know what is happening

Title is self explanatory as you can see in the video i posted the link here the PC will only turn on the fans full throttle, GPU goes on, but it doesn't detect anything not even the keyboard, I've tried reseating everything, also may i mention all products used in my build are new.

This is called "no POST". There could be a ton of reasons why it isn't POSTing. I'd remove all but the essentials and try it - motherboard, CPU, cooler, one stick of RAM, power supply. Use onboard video, no hard drives or unnecessary peripherals. If this fails, try it outside of the case, and try one stick of RAM at a time, in one slot at a time.

The 8pin connector is plugged in the motherboard also i changed the slot in which the graphics card is in but i'm still having problems

Try to reconnect front panel cables again, start just with power and reset switch.Sometimes when you connect HDD Led and Power Led wrong way (switching + and - ) PC wont boot.
You also didnt connect power SATA cable to SSD and didnt connect SSD with motherboard.
CPU fan connector is at wrong place it should be on top of the motherboard where it says CPU FAN 1.
