G4560 or w8 RYZEN?

I am helping a friend on building his new budget desktop. I thought of G4560 because it's now 4 threads which is like an i3 but cheaper. But I remember as well that amd's ryzen is going to be released on March 2 and they'll have this entry level cpus that might be almost the same price or much cheaper and better than the intel's G4560. They're planning to buy on tuesday and I'm not sure if I should stop them and tell them that "Oh yeah I remember that there are this new cpus by amd that will be selling on march 2 that could be better than the cpu that I told you that you should get."

From what I can see the g4560 will be cheaper than any Ryzen chip. BUT Ryzen may drop the i3's down to the g4560 price. Ryzen is supposed to start around $129 to $499 Starting with a Quad Core i5 style chip going upto an 8 core 16 Thread I7 6900K style chip.

So while it will not be in the G4560 price range it may cause Intel to shift their prices. Although I have heard that Ryzen motherboards are cheaper but I doubt it would be enough to make up the $60 cost difference.

Well Ryzen could RELEASE march 2 but will the CPU and Mobo be STOCKED and at a GOOD PRICE? Those are things to consider when dealing with early launches.

I don't know how much quad core zen CPUs will run ya but they seem like solid chips.
