At minimum, you'll also need a pump. The water needs to be able to flow somehow...
Why not just buy an all-in-one cooler if you just want to cool the CPU.
i'm gooing to buy tubes of course and for the aio coolers i just want to make simple and cheap water cooling loop they're very expansive for me only H60 might i can afford
btw sorry for bad english
The prepackaged closed loop units are usually cheaper than all the parts you need to build your own system.
Are you doing water cooling because it looks cool? Air cooling is often cheaper and quieter. A good air unit will outperform most liquid cooling solutions. Some of the larger 240mm to 360mm units may do slightly better under load and overclocked. But not much better.
From a practical perspective. Air cooling is a better option. Those 120mm water coolers get beat by $30 air units.
A good mid range air cooler would be the Cryorig H5 Universal. A high end option like the Noctua D15 performs exceptionally well.
