so correct me if i'm wrong but from what i understand sp fans move more air even though there made for resistance so would it be better to put 2 sp fans in the front of my s340 or just use airflow fans. i wanna move as much air through the case as i can

If there are HDD rack obstructions in the front SP are great to use , if not stick to Airflow.

most companies use a balanced design (which ironically moves more air at higher pressure than Corsair SP or Corsair AF), Phanteks did in the past and still does but all their fans by now have similar stats
even classic airflow fans like Cougars have a great Pressure these days (for example 1.4mmH²O on the Cougar CFD D14HB) so it pays to compare specs

sp vs. airflow is a second order consideration.
What counts is the size of the fan and the rpm it is running at.
With your case, I suggest using two 140mm front intakes.
If they run at 700 rpm they will be inaudible. 1000 rpm, quiet, and over 1500 rpm they will be noisy.
With such an arrangement, you will have a cleaner case since all the intake air will be filtered.
Use minimal exhaust, 120mm at most.
More, and you will draw in unfiltered air from adjacent openings.
