Can I trust buying from them? I need RAM and a video card for a build I'm doing for my Mother. I have a motherboard, CPU, power supple, and SSD already. I need DDR3 RAM, and even though it is an APU I would like to get a dedicated video card. I'm trying to keep the cost down and get the most out of my money even though I got the other components for free.

CEX's graphics cards arrive at the store before they are advertised online. Once traded in, they are (allegedly) tested on an in store computer to ensure the card they are buying is in working shape.

CEX guarantee a 2 Year warranty with all graphics cards as long as you keep the reciept HOWEVER this excludes static damage.

Personally I have bought a GTX 550Ti from them 2 years ago which worked perfectly and a friend of mine recently bought an EVGA GTX 960 which is also serving him well.
