ok so my pc turns on (no post beep ) i can enter bios do changes and stuff i see my ram and processor info - once i out of bios - windows starts to load reaches to loading screen then cuts off -- the power light stays on the lights on -- the motherboard stays on and the power button won't turn it off -- to turn it off i have to use power button on the power supply .
---if i'm in the bios i can turn off pc normal with power switch ----

Thanks for reply -- i got it to boot on - i changed from standard to OC genie mode on bios and it loaded it's up now forr about 1 hour or so
