Hi, I've got the components and build my new pc, everything works fine and well, except that I try to use heaphones with mic, and even though sometimes there is indeed a sound coming from them, the sound seems distorted and when I stop the video from YT from playing, I hear for like 15-20 seconds an insane strong distorted signal like the old videotapes or something with blank screen. I don't know how to explain it better.

I believe there is a problem with the motherboard's sound system or something, not entirely sure, because I can hear the sound from the HDMI port clear as the day from my screen. The only issue here are the headphones.

Motherboard is MSI X99A Xpower Gaming Titanium, and the headphones are Kraken Razer Pro 7.1

^Do note also, that I have the tested the headphones on my other computer and they work flawlessly and nice, there is not any kind of problem with them, so, my hands are tight here, I don't know what else to do, please, help.

The drivers are all up to date and yeah, I checked in the playback devices and sound devices if it is enabled correctly. The sound is just not working and even if it does work it is slightly distorted and if i pause anything that produces sound, like a video in YouTube, it is going insane, the distortion, for like 15-20 secs, counted.

Help me, please.

Ok, after uninstalling and re-installing the program, everything seems to work perfectly, I think, no problems, no distorted sound, and no issues, realtek HD works happily with my system, and I hope I won't have any more problems in the future.

Solution :

I uninstalled the whole realtek HD Audio and the Nahimic smth smth, and then I just installed from the CD Driver, just the win7 Realtek HD Audio, not the winxp version along with win7 and nahimic. On my windows 10, and it works good, there is no issues whatsoever. Thanks for the "help" and I believe this will also help someone in need, someday, maybe.

Update - probably solution for anyone that has the same issue on windows 10. When I plugged them in one of the jacks - yeah the jacks are kinda random and they have no real colors to guide you and almost every jack can be used for giving sound/taking in sound - instead of choosing them as "Headphones" I chose the "Rear Speakers" and I made sure I "disabled" the front panel jacks, so to make sure the rear - back of computer - jacks will work. Now I am testing the sound to see and even though it plays good now with no distortion, the bar on the right doesn't seem to be moving up and down, but I have sound. Anyone with a better solution will be greatly appreciated.

EDIT : Unfortunately, the sound stopped again for no reason out of nowhere, i don't know what the hell to do now, I am cornered.
