You don't need the WiFi adapter AND the LAN adapter.
If you're going to hardwire it to the router (Cat5e), you don't need either. The motherboard has the necessary ethernet port.
$90 saved.

You don't need the thermal paste. The cooler comes with some.
$12 saved

I would not buy that cooler. The small 120mm liquid coolers are no better than the good air coolers. Which are 1/2 the price.
$40 saved.

So we've shaved off ~$150 in unneeded junk. With that, buy a better GPU.
