Changed my graphics card, now the PC keeps rebooting at startup.

Hello! I recently tried using a leftover card that I had, on one of my older PC's. When I started the PC it was just powered on for a few seconds, then it shut off, then rebooted. It just kept continuing doing this.

Now, I have to admit I know nothing about PC Building. So I came here hoping someone could help me figure out what the problem is. :)

Specs:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8500
Motherboard: Gigabyte EP35-DS3 (Socket 775)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 275 (Original), changed to MSI Gaming N770 TF 2GD5/OC
Power Supply: Corsair CX750M, 750W PSU (Changed my previous power supply for this when I also changed the GPU)
RAM: ddr2 4gb ram

(Sorry for my bad English, it's not my native language)

Solution
So you switched both GPU and PSU. Things to check:
1. Is GPU fully seated in PCIex slot
2. Double check connections from PSU, namely 4-pin ATX plug (should be next to CPU), 24-pin plug and the plug(s) that go to GPU (1 or 2, depends on GPU model, 6 or 8-pin again depends on model). Also recheck power connections to hard disks.

Yeah I don't think these are the problems. I was very careful when I checked the cables etc. I wonder if the parts aren't compatible or if the problem is because I didn't uninstall the previous graphic card drives. (Don't think that would reboot the PC at startup tho)

Nope bad drivers are not going to stop boot. As for compatibility, the board has PCIex x16, probably 1.0, while GPU has 3.0. But that should be no problem, I myself have 660 (which also is 3.0) on the board with the same P35 chipset as yours.

Heh, was sure I did everything right. Took out the card and redid the process of connecting it. And what did you know, it worked this time! Thanks for the help DRagor.
