Hello everyone

I'm having this problem that whenever I install my graphics card driver, my pc will restart when its installing the display driver (I have AMD, so I can see it in the installer). it will then boot up again, but it'll get a bluescreen saying VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE. then it restarts and it loops in this error.
I have to go into safe mode to be able to boot it up properly, roll back my graphics driver and then restart in normal mode till everything works again.
So I can't install my driver, so I can't play games, change the resolution of my screen, etc.
Even when I look in safe mode, the catalyst control center isn' installed.

I hope you guys can help me!

Specs: An HP Pavilion p6-2315
Graphics Card: MD Radeon HD 7450
Intel Core i5 3330
and 6GB of RAM

So update:
I removed my GPU and enabled IGPU in my BIOS. It is running perfectly now. The only question that remains is, was my GPU the problem or is there a problem with the PSU? And is there any way of testing one of these?
Thank you all!
