I'm looking for advice on how to upgrade. I was not sure if throwing in a MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6GB https://pcpartpicker.com/product/JVWrxr/msi-geforce-gtx-1060-6gb-gaming-x-video-card-geforce-gtx-1060-gaming-x-6g
Or a EVGA GeForce 8GB https://pcpartpicker.com/product/63yxFT/evga-video-card-08gp46183
In to my build would be a good idea and would work or would I need to upgrade other parts of my build first. If I do need to change other parts would I be able to do it without spending over a $1000
The pc is mostly used for gaming and some video editing.

Solution
A 6GB 1060 will handle all games at 1080P. A 1080 is more for Quad HD or 4k gaming. Due to having a Xeon, I would believe the 1060 would be a better match for your system at the moment.
