Windows 10 PC fails to mount any mass storage device after restore from Windows Backup

I purchased a new hard drive, so I backed up all of my files and created a system repair DVD. I restored all of my files onto my new hard drive, and Windows is functioning normally. However, any mass storage device other than the boot drive (external hard drive, thumb drive, CompactFlash reader, etc.) is not mounted by Windows. It is detected in Device Manager; however, it shows a device driver error pictured below:

I tried the Windows troubleshooter and the issue persists. There are no drivers available for download for any of my hardware because they are plug and play. Is there anywhere I could re-download or somehow fix these driver issues without having to completely reinstall Windows?

Thanks

as you backed up windows and reinstalled it on new hard drive. the windows image you have may have installed more then one driver in the registry and device manager. i would download the newest intel or amd mb chipset drivers for your mb. then i would boot into windows safe mode. go into device manager and remove all of the devices. make sure there no two or three of the same hardware drivers. i would then reboot and reinstall intel chipset drivers see if that fixes your issues.

I have an AMD FX 8320 (970a chipset) and I can't find any drivers. I looked on both AMD and MSI's website. MSI has no chipset drivers for Windows 10 x64, but has chipsets for Win8.0 and earlier (of which the installer failed to run even with compatibility mode enabled). AMD's "utility" only installed drivers for Radeon GPUs (not helpful) and they offer no additional support. I did a pretty extensive Google search and all I can find are links to AMD's driver utility for GPUs. Is there something I am missing here? Should I go hunt down the original install discs that came with my MB or can I download the chipset drivers from somewhere?

Thanks a bunch

Already tried that actually. Since I don't have a Radeon GPU (I have NVIDIA) the installer fails to complete because it doesn't detect any AMD graphics hardware.
