I was trying to push my msi GTX 1060 gaming x 6gb to the highest core clock I could (within reason). I was in MSI afterburner and I ran some kombustor stress test. I have done this before and had no issue. I tried it today and when I started to stress the card I would hear an audible buzzing sound coming from the card itself. I played Battlefield 1 and had no issue when the game would push the card to its power limit. Only when I would be using stress testing the card makes noises. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

This is known as coil whine. It is fairly common. Not much you can do about it.
Sometimes replacing with a higher quality PSU can eliminate it.
