I first started so I can let my nine- year-old watch the movies because there's no other way to do so . So I noticed that the multimedia audio codec or device something , was not found on start up or the device wasn't working properly.
so when I actually started to get my sound work I had to install drivers such as RealTech AAC 97 , at least I think that is the appropriate software.So I restart after I reboo tit saying cannot start device code10
Also noted in device manager the legacy audio codecs there were no properties in the properties, so I checked internal, all connections tight ect, proper places, checked reg, no filters, I'm literally clueless on how to fix, please any help and assistance is greatly appreciated

(I also wanted to note that I do not have internet access on my machine, otherwise would be easier situation)
