Speakers making static noise even when sound is off

I tried to put a graphics card into my computer and after doing it the speakers/headphones have a static noise coming out of them even when sound is off. I have tried changing audio jacks and reinstalling audio drivers but the noise is still there.

Try the speakers in a different computer, and try a set of earbuds or headphones or even another speaker in your current computer.

The speakers and my headset are both doing the same thing. I have tried using different audio jacks and it still does the same thing
