I currently have a limited budget of $180 and I am wondering what I could purchase to have all around better performance, i.e. what graphics card would be the best. My current system is an Intel i5 4440 Quadcore 3.2Ghz, Radeon R9 270 2GB, 8 GB RAM, Biostar H81MHV3 Motherboard. Don't have enough room to install a second card also. Thanks in advance!

An SSD would provide a huge boost in general performance. For $180 you can easily get a good 500GB one.

No. Streaming relies on your CPU. If you want to improve performance while streaming you will either need an i7, or wait for AMD's Ryzen to come out.

No, SSDs do not increase performance, merely system response time aka loading times.
Your CPU is enough, just get a GPU upgrade to replace your current one.
