So I just built a new pc and when I enter the BIOS the second DIMM slot is listed as being empty despite being occupied by a second RAM stick (the first slot doesn't have this issue). I have tried switching up the RAM and cleaning both the slot and the sticks to no avail. I'm hoping there is another solution other than giving up and RMAing the motherboard. Here is my core setup for anyone interested.
