Using a ga-78lmt-usb3 with an AMD phenom 2. Updated the bios to the latest version. Then upgraded to the fx-8350... I turned the PC on and nothing I at least wanted to see bios. All wires and stuff are set correctly. Just got the fx-8350 today. Is it the chipset because I could not update it because I was on win 10 but it only was for win 7 so yeah. It is not RMA tested it on other PC. Also, the motherboard runs perfectly fine with the phenom 2.It's not the monitor justed used it for other PC. Help....

Honestly if you have the right BIOS (use the Phenom to update) I don't know what else it might be

Try resetting the CMOS battery?

Other than that I got nothin'

I did but i'm not sure it's for vishera but, my power supply is 500w so it should be enough. Can you see if it works with vishera?

I used to have a GA78LMT (actually still have it) but you're lucky if it doesn't thermal throttle with such a power hungry CPU in the first place.

That said, it ran my FX 8300 (95W) well enough and it happened out of the box - used REV 6.0
