i think my CPU or GPU is dying

3-4 days ago my games all ran fine, all programs as well. at first i noticed a buzz with gaming every now and the. no big deal.. then i heard it while i was watching youtube, netflix all that. i honestly thought it was because my internet was <<watch the language please>> up or because i was downloading something. its been 3 days, and its only getting worse now. now the screen flashes black, i got a FPS drop all while doing the sound. then it goes back to normal, then it does it all over again its becoming to frequent. any one have a suggestion, this is a laptop i got almost a year ago. https://www.cnet.com/products/asus-rog-g751/specs/ system specs
