Upon completion of my first pc build, I plugged in the computer, and powered it on. The only thing that happens is the PSU fan spins and the LED's on the heatsink fan flash briefly. There is no video output and none of the chassis fans spin. I double checked everything and am pretty certain I didn't plug anything in incorrectly. I did the paper clip trick, so I know the PSU is not the issue, but could the motherboard be DOA? What could have gone wrong? Please help. This is my first build, so I am very inexperienced and very stressed.
