I dont know which psu to get it want one i can monitor with something like corsair link and be modular save as much electricity as I can. Here's what I'm thinking

Corsair HXi Series, HX750i, 750 Watt (750W), Fully Modular Power Supply, 80+ Platinum Certified

Vs

Thermaltake TOUGHPOWER RGB 750W 80+ GOLD Fully Modular Power Supply 10 YR Warranty with 256-colors and Secure Smart Power Management

Both look great but I'm leaning for the rgb one by Thermaltake they are both off amazon thanks in advance.

The HXi is better than the thermaltake by quite a considerable margin, but high quality can be had for a lower price, the HXi units are quite overpriced.
What is your budget?
What are your specs?
Don't get the RGB one, that's their only selling point, the unit is still pretty mediocre.
Platinum efficiency won't save you any electricity, you might save, idk; a dollar a year over a decent bronze or gold unit?
Not worth paying for, I only have a HXi because I won it in a competition.

the electricity savings are the last thing that you should be concerned about. it will take decades to justify the premium of platinum/titanium over gold.

I don't know what you want to monitor in PSU, as the voltage monitoring is available through the tools like HWInfo64 or HWMonitor.
the fan and temperature of PSU is less of a concern. Honestly, when you get good PSU like Corsair HX, AX, RM series or EVGA G2, G3, P2 series - there is nothing to monitor. they just work for years. I have HX520 that is over 10 years old that is still working perfectly.

And a last question - are you sure you need 750 watt ? 650 is more than enough to run any single GPU system (most of the time the fan will not even spin on Corsair's PSUs) and for the multi GPU at least 850 watt unit will be more appropriate.

Good point I really won't be able to see the rgb one due to the way my case is designed if i face it down i would be able to see it ive seen altogether of the corsair ones on linus tech tips and other youtubers sites. I'm trying to stay at or under 150$ and I would like to be able to monitor the efficiency level but also warranty would be a nice thing too.

You don't notice it in use at all. ;)
It's just a power supply, as long as it is of good quality and has enough wattage you won't notice the difference.
