getting new graphics card gtx 980 4gb or gtx 1060 6 gb

im not sure which one too get a gtx 980 4gb or a gtx 1060 6gb
for both of the cards new
you can find a gtx 1060 6gb new for like 245-265 $
gtx 980 4gb new 260-280 $
so theirs like a 20$ difference not that big of a deal
minus the 20$ difference
which card would you recommend me get ?

1060 consumes less power and has more VRAM. It also has newer features that are specific to Pascal. It also performs better and overclocks higher than the 980. No point in getting last-gen hardware when newer cards are faster and cheaper.

ya thats what i was thinking too newer
but ya im more than likely gonna get the gtx 1060 6gb unless someone has a good reason not too an take the gtx 1060 an go for the gtx 980 instead
