There are no cooling performance gain over air cooler if you go with AIO water cooler. I'd go with air cooling.

Pros of air cooling:
Costs less than AIO
Less noise than AIO
Less maintenance than AIO
Doesn't take up case fan slots

Pros of AIO:
No RAM clearance issues

Edit:
Even though DigitalHamster stated that air cooler is noisier, i don't share his opinion about that.

In air cooler, you either have 1 or 2 fans and that's it.

In AIO water cooler, you have 1, 2 or 4 fans + pump itself and moving liquid as well. More moving components = more noise, simple as that.
Also, AIO water coolers are prone to get air trapped inside them that additionally can cause annoying sounds besides the normal operating sounds.

Well, you did ask for the best and i gave you the best.

Also, you failed to state your budget and currency.

Out of those 7 that you listed, best air cooler would be:
3. DEEPCOOL ASSASSIN II

and best AIO water cooler would be:
4. DEEPCOOL GAMER STORM CAPTAIN 120EX

Personally I would suggest air cooling if you are inexperienced and do not want to risk damaging parts from leaks.
Air cooling can be noisier, but can perform better than cheap water cooling solutions. It is virtually foolproof.
Water cooling is better when done properly, being quieter and cooling your CPU better. However, leaks can be a risk.
However, AIO cooling loops should be reliable (exception is my friend's H100i which began leaking) and are also a good choice.
