hi,
i saw a used evga gtx 760 on a local website for 55 $ us. but i only have a 400w 30amps evga power supply (very recent) (it does have 2x6pin connectors for the gpu).
they recommend a 500w 30amps psu for the specific card but i wonder if i could be able to run it anyway and i would also like to know what could be the consequences of trying a too hungry power card on a too weak psu.

Dell t1600 workstation
Xeon e3 1225 3.10 ghz quad core
gtx 650 ti 2gb
2x2gb + 1x4 gb ddr 3 ram
an unknow dvd drive
250 gb hdd
