I have learned now to copy and paste, but I was doing a cut/paste from my external drive to a memory stick and it stopped half way through and said "error"
A box came up and said your lost files are in........... but the box went off before I finished reading.
I have looked at memory stick and it had received the file names but there is nothing in the files.
I have also checked the original external hard drive but can't seem to find them.
Any help on this would be much appreciated.
