So I just got a new cpu fan and was over clocking I over clocked to much and now my pc won't boot I cant get to the bios because I have a fast boot on so I can't get in my bios I've heard that there's a fail safe but can't find it. When I try to boot I get an error message and my computer is trying to repair it self then I get a blue screen and it resets
