Temperature on i7-7700k

Hi, I've noticed that my cpu has been getting really hot. I just built my pc and like the title says I have an i7-7700k.

While playing Witcher 3, the temperatures can get as hot as 80C but usually stay between 65-75. Is this too hot?

This is from Section 5 - Core Temperature:

" ... Here's the recommended operating range for Core temperature:

80C Hot (100% Load)
75C Warm
70C Warm (Heavy Load)
60C Norm
50C Norm (Medium Load)
40C Norm
30C Cool (Idle)
25C Cool

Core temperatures up to 80C are safe. ... "
