Component Compatibility and Suggested PSU

Hello all,

This is my current components list for the gaming PC I am looking to build in the next month or so. I have never built one and so I attempted to do extensive research on each part I picked. However, it is my first time. I'm sure people post on here all the time with these kinds of questions, but I hope I don't bother anybody! I'll try to keep my questions organized.

  • ■ Are the components I've chosen compatible? PcPartPicker suggests that they are.
    ■ Would you suggest I make any changes due to necessity or lack of necessity? Or due to better quality for a lower price?
    ■ My case, I think, comes with only one fan included (case is the Enthoo Pro M). Should I invest in more than just the CPU cooling fan (Noctua U14S) I picked out?
    ■ Lastly, which PSU would you suggest for my build? Doing research on which cords I need for my system is proving difficult. Or it is really simple and I'm making it much harder than it should be? Either way! I think my GTX 1070 needs a minimum of 30A and 500W, based on THIS SITE.

Thank you all so much!

May I ask why you switched the cooling fan?
And is fully modular suggested for new PC builders for simplicity, even though there will be many excess wires?

Also, thank you for the quick reply and suggestion!

Last question! Should I get any extra fans for the system?

I selected your other response as a solution. Thank you for being concise!
