Freezing issues are very common with the FX 9590, it is a very unstable and hot running chip, probably the least noob friendly CPU you can possibly get. Post your full system specs including motherboard and power supply. The FX 9590 consumes an insane amount of power and needs a good quality high wattage power supply eg. 850 Watts and really high end motherboard with reinforced power delivery systems to be able to handle the chip, along with a 240mm closed loop liquid cooler. If you don't have all those things, you're going to run into problems.

Assuming your system meets all those requirements, the most common fix for freezing issues is to disable AMD TurboCore. This will mean your CPU won't turbo boost up to higher speeds on less threaded tasks, but it also means the CPU won't request more voltage, fail to get that voltage and then freeze up.

my motherbored is sabretooth 990fx r2.0 power supply is corshair CS550M

Your power supply is likely part of the problem, it's one of Corsair's lower quality budget units and it's only rated for 550 Watts total, the FX 9590 likely eats up more than half of its 12V rail rating all by itself. I'd say return the FX 9590 if you can and get an FX 8350 instead, it's a bit slower but much more stable and will run with your existing power supply. Otherwise you'll need to spend a fair bit on a good quality 750 to 850 Watt power supply, and frankly even that might not fix your problem. Many people with similar setups and better PSUs still run into issues with the FX 9590.

It would probably help to know what country you're in and how much of your local currency you wish to spend. If you want a more generic recommendation, anything Seasonic is good, but they tend to be pricey. Corsair AX or HX PSUs are high quality and are available in high wattages. The EVGA Supernova line is also good.

I had the same exact problem, and it took me months to figure out how to solve it. I went through every possible option, so I know all the ins and outs. Before you buy anything, it is possible that your problem is not hardware related, and we can find out using these four steps:

1) Type in "EventViewer" in your Windows search bar, and click on the application. Once it opens up, press "Windows Logs" and then "System". Wait for the logs to load up, then look for any yellow warning signs. Specifically, look for ones that say "Kernal-PNP" under the source column. (Ignore the critical red logs, they are most likely about the fact that you manually restarted your PC)

2) Download HWMonitor (http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html), run it, and then tell me the temperatures of your processor and graphics card.

3) Type in "Device Manager" in your Windows search bar, and click on the application. Once it launches, look for any yellow or red warnings signs. If there are any, take a screenshot and post it.

4) Are you using any Razer devices (keyboard, mouse)? If so, list them.

Post back once you completed those things.

It's likely that your problem is driver related, then, because your temps are very normal. Click on the error, and copy what it says in the box under "General" and paste it here. Also, is your device manager error free?

Razer devices can cause driver mess ups, which are showed by the Kernal-PNP errors. For me, it was my Razer Deathadder 2013 mouse. I would say you should:

1) Unplug all USB devices except for mouse and keyboard
2) ) In "Programs and Features" uninstall all Razer software. Then, uninstall your keyboard from device manager (right click on "Keyboard", hit uninstall)
2) If you have a spare keyboard of any kind, unplug your Razer keyboard and plug in your spare keyboard instead. If not, you will have to use Windows onscreen keyboard. If you're reading this after you've already uninstalled your keyboard and cannot set up onscreen keyboard for Windows, plug in your Razer keyboard, restart your PC, set up the onscreen keyboard, and then uninstall & unplug your Razer keyboard & use your onscreen keyboard instead.
4) In "Programs and Features" uninstall all NVIDIA drivers and programs (such as PhysX, 3D Vision, and Geforce Experience)
5) Go here (http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/115492) and install the driver. During installation, choose Custom Installation, and uncheck everything but Graphics Driver. Check the box that says "Perform a Clean Installation". After installation has completed, restart your computer.
6) Turn on a video game, video stream, or some kind of application and keep it running as long as you can. See if your PC freezes.
