Windows not picking up mic

Hello, I've been using discord to talk with friends while playing games and recently my pc stopped picking up my mic, when i go in recording devices the breen bars dont go up, however my friends can hear my windows sounds and youtube videos that I am watching. My drivers are all updated and so is my BIOS, the headset that i use is the cloud I's, I will supply any details required for the answer. Thank you very much.

I've tweaked tons of settings and even tried going back a few drivers to see if that helped, spoiler alert, it didn't. I still have yet to make progress in the right direction, for now I use the discord mobile app to chat with friends but this is not ideal and so if you have any more suggestiona they are appreciated. Thank you, Squishy
