Depends on the current draw of the fan and the header. Usually, but not always, a fan header can provide max. 1A draw. What is the brand/model/specs of the fan? What is your motherboard?

Just draw the fan power from Molex and don't worry about overloading the header. There are adapters out there that will get you Molex power and still give the PWM signal for speed control via the motherboard header.

The Megaflows draw 0.16A to 0.28A only. So installing 2 using PWM Y Splitter will draw a total of 0.32A to 0.56A. Your motherboard headers are up to 1A. So there is enough room for those 2 fans running off of 1 header.
