Hello I was just looking at AI Suite 3 and under DIGI +VRM the CPU Power Phase Control is set to extreme. I never changed anything in AI Suite 3 but
a few days ago I changed the XMP to profile 1 in the BIOS and turned it off as I just wanted to see what would their be any performance increase but theres none. From the time I turned XMP off I realized that my CPU temps were really high before I enabled XMP my temps where at 30-35 degrees celsius and know they stay at 39-41 idle. Also in games my cpu is getting extremely hot today it 100c in overwatch which is absolutely ridiculous. Did enabling XMP change different settings as well ? Should I change the Power Phase Control to standard or optimized ?
