I have speedfan able to control my sys fan in the back of my case. It can go off if I set it to, and on if I set it to. For my cpu fan however, even with the setting at 0% I'm still seeing ~750 rpm. This seemed to me like it couldn't control the fan at all, but when I set it to 100% the rpm readout shoots to the low 1900's. Is anybody experiencing that same minimum speed with a hardware controller? Or is there something in a spec sheet I didn't read?
