Help! New to building

I'm completely new to building computers and wanted a critique for the build that I've put together.

My current computer, which I use for gaming, is just about dead, so I'm trying to make a replacement. I don't have a hard cash limit, and am willing to spend more for better performance, but at the same time am trying to avoid overspending on parts above and beyond what I'm going to use the system for.

Any help and advice is deeply appreciated!
