i got 400 dollars to upgrade my current rig i play mainly h1z1 aswell as cod , overwatch , dayz etc but mainly h1z1 lemme know wat i shuld upgrade

current rig: fx-6300 8gb ram
gtx 750
1tb hdd

was thinking good i5 upgrade now and wait a while to get like an rx 480 or shuld i just go i3 rx 470 rite now ? let me know.

From what I am seeing, nothing would beat it budget wise. As a gamer it outdoes the 8350 even. Overclocking is out though with the B250 so later on no K chip. Speed locked I5 or I7 or 6 core coffeelake can be installed down the road.

Zen isn't releasing in a budget form for some time. $329 for the lowest available chip March 2nd, and motherboards from $99, blows the budget and still lack the DDR4 and no graphics upgrade unlike G4560, B250, 8GB 2400 DDR4, and AMD 480 all within your budget.

I think your budget is enough just to upgrade cpu, mobo, and ddr4 ram.
but maybe like locked i3 or i5, with b250 chipset mobo, and 8gb ddr4 ram.
if you want VGA too I think your budget is not enough.

so u think a g4560 / rx480 wuld do me well in those games and then save up for an i5 ?

ye i feel like an i5 upgrade wont be too hard since i can sell off wats currently in my pc for a pretty penny. thank you btw
