when i play gta v on 1080p and ultra settings,msi afterburner monitors 50% cpu usage and 99-100% gpu usage but when i play csgo,game uses 40-60% of the cpu JUST ON THE MAIN MENU and +80% ingame,causing the card to use less than 40% of its full power,is this normal?most people on youtube got more frames and gpu usage with a 6400...

Your CPU is not bottlenecking your GPU in anyway in CSGO. The reason your CPU usage is higher in CSGO is because its a very CPU demanding game, Even more so than GTA V that's just how the game is. Even if your CPU is sitting at 100% usage doesn't mean that it's bottlenecking in anyway. I'm sure your system is perfectly fine. How many FPS are you getting in CSGO?

That's actually really strange, your CPU usage is high yes but it shouldn't cause frames to be that low. Your temps are fine and your GPU is doing great. Are all your drivers up to date? If so try reinstalling CSGO and see if the frames go up. It's really hard to pin point what could be going wrong here as it seems everything is doing just fine.

Go to Audio Settings and select Headphones or anything that isn't the HRTF mode. After that, type in console snd_updateaudiocache and snd_rebuildaudiocache. Also, in video settings, turn off the multirendering and vsync. These are just the most famous fixes, but the game is all messed up. If this didn't work, google "csgo low fps reddit", there are even more solutions there.
