GTA V Keeps crashing in middle on gaming after OC.

my cpu has been overclocked all the time, just at the started overclocked 3ghz, no probs of crashing, but oc to 3.15 then crashes like 5 minutes of gaming, oc to 3,05 still crash, Downclocked back to 3ghz but still the same problem, any ideas why?

Sure, Drivers are up to date/
Specs:
GTX 1050 Gaming x 2G
Xeon E5420 Quad Core (OC to 3ghz)
6GB RAM.

Before overclocking didnt have the issue but now it crashes at random gameplay even if i downclocked it.

Temps while gaming:
GPU: 50c+
CPU: 40-50c+

watts are the power consumption your psu can use at max, can you tell what voltages are you using for the vcore ,dram, fsb, nb-sb if possible

ddr2 (ik old) but i know that ram isnt issue there.
i have 8GB Installed but only 6usable.
i think its cuz 3 sticks are in both dual channels (1 slot is free)

Already tried at stock and again OC, still crashing, but now its like only matter of time, sometimes i can play 1 hours and then crash or 10 minutes or at startup.
