A friend has a Dell Dimension 1100 that he brought in to school... We were screwing around with it and began wondering if it were feasible to unlock the bios and overclock it (keep in mind we are not asking if it is easy or hard, or advice on whether or not it makes sense to do, we're just playing around with it to see what can be done) Anyway, hardware-wise it's got a Celeron D processor and an Intel D865GV mobo. Looking around on the internets I couldn't find any info on other software etc to do a bios flash for that specific mobo without bricking the whole computer. We're just wasting time-- again, not asking if we should do this, but if we can do this.
