Need opinion on my build components

So I have assembled the parts for my first build. I would like some opinions.

Here is the part list:
PCPartPicker

I do have one concern and that is if the CPU cooler will fit on the motherboard and RAM.
If I have to use the 2nd and 4th DIMM slots from the CPU socket so that the cooler has to fit I'm totally fine with that.

Then there is the choice of the CPU cooler itself. I could go with the Hyper 212 Evo, but from reviews it seems like the Phanteks one performs just a bit better overall.

Thanks

EDIT:

I found another motherboard which might be a good one.
Asus Prime Z270-A LGA1151 Intel Z270 Kaby Lake ATX Desktop Motherboard

May I ask why do you recommend the ASRock motherboard you listed? Is there anything that makes it that much better?

I have had great luck with the extreme4 boards. I had a P67 and Z77, that are still alive and kicking, today. MSI boards seem to struggle with quality control, especially on the bios side. If I were to build an overclocking, ATX rig, that is the board I would be using.

How would you rate the Asus STRIX Z270E Gaming Motherboard. From the reviews it seems to be a very good motherboard. And it's only $20 more, in my country, than the ASRock one logainofhades recommended. I'm mostly thinking in terms of overclocking potential. Asus STRIX Z270E has the WiFi which is also a nice extra feature I think.

So I just looked on the PSU Tier list and I saw that the SuperFlower Leadex is listed there as Tier 1. Now I can get the SuperFlower Leadex-II 850W Gold for the same price as the EVGA PSU you are listing. But the Leadex-II is not listed in a tier yet. Do you think it might be a worthwhile to rather take the SuperFlower one.
