Hey,
So I just quickly wanted to ask a simple question. What determines how hot the CPU is? I know there are multiple factors like the CPU fan/heatsink, but I mean how hot it could get without including factors that can effect it. I'm pretty sure that the lower the TDP is, the cooler it is and vice versa, but I'm not sure.
