Radeon settings 17.2.1
So my second GPU is stuck at a 300mhz Core clock and 150mhz Mem clock. I have been running this dual gpu setup for almost 2 years now and this issue was either non-existent or something a simple reboot would solve so im not sure if its just a bug with the new drivers i just installed last night or what. I play all my games in full screen, ULPS is disabled in MSI Afterburner, Radeon settings says the card has 1100/1400mhz on the system hardware tab, ive tried playing games with 3 monitors and only 1 monitor, Uninstalled all AMD software and did a fresh install, removed and replaced second card and XFire bridge, basically everything you can think of ive already done and cant seem to get it to unlock the second card. Ive noticed this is a relatively common issue currently and in the past so hopefully someone out there has a good solution for me. thanks for the support. need any more info please ask
