Hey!
Ever since I have reinstalled Windows 7, for some unknown reason my Mad Catz R.A.T 5 mouse won't work at all unless I disable driver signature enforcement in advanced boot options.
The thing is that I have to always do it in order to use the mouse.
I tried using often suggested solutions like "bcdedit.exe" commands in command prompt and the "gpedit.exe" solution and using EasyBCD 2.3 to disable driver signature enforcement, and even tho it says that it's disabled in this software, I still can't use my mouse without manually disabling it everytime I start up my pc.
Are there any other ways beside what I've mentioned to permanently disable driver signature enforcement?
Thanks

Solution
Have you tried contacting Mad Catz Technical Support? They do have live chat.

Disabling driver signature enforcement is only a temporary band-aid. It doesn't really fix the cause of the problem.

Yes, I have downloaded it straight from the mouse's website along with a software that allows me to map my buttons.
Whenever I disable the signature enforcement I can use the software to map my mouse's buttons and I already know I have the latest drivers since it's impossible to use this software without the latest drivers.
