I think there is a conflict between my CPU and GPU, I have changed an old Asus graphics card for my actual GTX 1050 TI and there appeared some issues, my PC started to go laggy, the RAM increased to 5GB, well, very strange things. Even in Chrome there is lag and sometimes my computer simply gets frozen and i need to reboot it, when i put for example some windows and a video at the same time and i change Chrome tab it gets frozen I tried some games and the results are the same, even in some games I open them and they close automatically. Waiting for answers.

Solution
It will remove all graphics card drivers, for either AMD or Nvida, based on what you choose. If your old card was an AMD based card, I would do both the AMD and Nvidia ones, and start with a fresh set of drivers.

Well first off, I can tell you that is not a quality power supply. I would recommend a quality one, regardless of the root of your problem. You risk damaging your other hardware, with that thing. Tier 1 and 2 units, and the new corsair cx450M/550M/650M are good choices. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

I would recommend removing all your old drivers, using DDU, and install the latest from Nvidia.
